Where can I download the Invoice?
- You can download the Invoice within your Client Area, once the payment has been made on your card.
Does SoundToro keep my card data?
- No. Your card details are encrypted by a payment gateway (Stripe), and at no time do we obtain that information.
How many songs are played on each SoundToro music radio channel?
- Each channel has different amounts of music on it. For reference, we can say that we work with Playlists of 1,000 songs on the POP channel.
Does music have advertising?
- Of course not. All playlists are created only with music and do not have any type of built-in advertising.
In some countries, is the payment of copyright mandatory?
- Unfortunally Yes. Some world jurisdictions oblige payment of rights , even if the authors do not want it.
Can I download the music?
- No. It is a streaming service and the music is not downloadable.
How often do you update the music?
- Weekly we update new music on all music channels, except the Classic channel, which remains with classics permanently.
Can I include spots, voiceovers or personalized messages?
- Yes. However, this option is only allowed in channels that we create specifically for brands or chains. This possibility is not included in the standard rates. Ask us for a budget.
Do you create radio spots and voice overs?
- Yes, we have been creating advertisements for more than 12 years. We can create your voice over in practically any language.
What resolution is the music playing?
- Our system plays MP3 at 128 Kbps. It is a good musical quality, which in turn minimizes the problems that may be caused by low Internet connectivity..
Do you have a customer service telephone service?
- Our customer service is primarily based on the Internet. Any doubt will be solved in a matter of hours. On weekends it can take longer, we are a team of humans!
